Zorba Scrap Aluminum
Recycling and pretreatment of Zorba scrap aluminum - the annual production of aluminum in the world is about 55 million tons, of which the recycled aluminum production is about 10 million tons. As the quality of zorba scrap aluminum is comparable to primary aluminum, while the production energy consumption is only equivalent to 3%-5% of primary aluminum, while reducing CO2 emissions by 0.8 tons per ton and saving 10 tons of water, the aluminum recycling and recycling industry is developing rapidly.
Building materials, automobiles, and packaging containers are the main sources of aluminum waste. At present, the overall recovery rate is up to 70%. Non-metallic inclusions are removed from Zorba by air separation, flotation and other methods. The ferromagnetic inclusions were removed by magnetic sorting. The recycled aluminum metallurgical raw materials can be obtained by removing other non-ferrous metal inclusions by eddy current separation.
